For the Greenwood Landscaping logo, I focused on creating a design that reflects the company's strong ties to nature and its established reputation. I chose earthy colors—dark green, brown, and tan—to represent the landscape and the company's commitment to providing quality outdoor services. The serif typeface, Optimus Princeps, was selected for its timeless and professional feel, emphasizing stability and trust, which are key qualities of the business. By incorporating "Est. 1992," the logo highlights the company’s long history and expertise in the field. The combination of these elements—natural hues, a classic font, and a nod to their years of experience—creates a brand identity that is both grounded and enduring, perfectly aligned with the values of Greenwood Landscaping.
Community Logo Design
For the North Salinas High School logo, I wanted to create a design that reflects the values of community, collaboration, and pride. Incorporating the school’s name, "North Salinas High School" and "Community School," I chose a sans serif font for its modern, clean look that complements the overall design. The school colors of Columbia blue and Scarlet red were carefully selected to represent the school’s energy and pride. A key design element is the subtle "V" shape formed by the hands, symbolizing the Vikings and their strength and unity. This combination logo seamlessly blends these elements to create a strong and memorable identity for the school.
